West Miami Families: Ballet for the Whole Household, Just Across Into Coral Gables

West Miami borders Coral Gables. A household might include a child who wants to start ballet, a teen who wants to return to it, and a parent wondering whether adult class is an option too. The answer is yes, for all three.

  • Borders Coral Gables to the northwest
  • Classes for every age
  • Returning teens welcome

What a West Miami family may be weighing

The decision, and how we approach it

Because we teach children, teens, and adults, a whole family can train at the same studio while each person is placed in their own appropriate class.

For teens who stopped dancing and want to come back, there is no penalty for time away. Faculty place returning teens where they are today and help them rebuild with confidence.

Common questions for West Miami families

Frequently asked

Can a parent and child both take classes?
Yes. We teach children, teens, and adults. Each student is placed in their own appropriate class after a trial.
My teen quit ballet a few years ago. Can they come back?
Absolutely. Returning teens take a trial so faculty can see where they are now and recommend a level that lets them rebuild technique with confidence.
Where should we park?
There is usually plenty of street parking. Merrick Park offers a 15-minute child drop-off and pick-up window; normal parking rules and fees apply beyond that window.

The first step is a trial class

Bring your West Miami dancer for a trial class.

Tell us about your dancer. We will contact you with the most appropriate available option, and after the trial our faculty recommends placement. Submitting a request does not reserve a class.
