Ballet School Rules and Regulations

The school year begins September 2nd 2008 and ends June 2009

Registration form must be signed in advanced in order to take a class. There is an annual registration fee of $50.00

Children Beginner Ballet Class: 1 hour per week $90.00 per month.
Junior and Intermediate Ballet Classes: 1 hour twice a week $125.00 per month.
Advance Ballet Class: 1 1/2 hour twice a week $190.00 per month.
Adult Ballet Class: 1 hour twice a week $120.00 per month.
Broadway Jazz Class: Children and Adults 1 hour per week $90.00. 1 hour twice a week $125.00 per month.
Lyrics Class: 1 hour per week. Children $90.00
Ballet Workout: 1 hour twice a week $120.00 per month.
Salsa Packages: 4 Classes: $60.00      8 Classes: $96.00
Salsa Couples:   4 Classes: $48.00      8 Classes: $80.00
Zumba: Walk in: $12.00      8 Classes: $80.00
Private Classes: 1 hour twice a week $50.00 per class. 1 hour more than two classes per week $45.00 per class.
Ballet try out or Walk in Classes: $25.00 per class.
Multi-class Discount: Students taking Ballet and Jazz or Ballet and Lyrics the Jazz or Lyrics class will be discounted at $60

Absences or holidays do not excuse payments for monthly tuition. No credits are given for absences. If your child misses a class, he/she can make up the class within the same week. Tuition payment must be received by the 10th of every month. There will be a $15.00 late fee for payments received after the 15th of the month and a returned check fee of $25.00.

Classes will begin promptly at their designated times. For the purpose of maintaining discipline, students must arrive five minutes earlier before class and must be picked up promptly after class has ended. We are not responsible for any student leaving the premises with out permission.

The students must wear the complete designated ballet attire in every class: Leotard, pink tights, pink or black ballet sweaters (during winter months) and ballet shoes. Important: Hair must be neatly secured at the back of the face and up in the neck.

Occasionally, throughout the classes or school events, participants of all ages might be photographed or videotaped. These images may be used in promotions and posting of pictures on the school website or in publications that are distributed to the public for promotional and informational purposes.
